What to expect.

This is a private, mobile massage therapy practice focused on one-on-one care in your own environment. Each session is tailored specifically to your needs, whether you're managing pain, stress, or simply need time to reset.

Policies

Cancellation policy

Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the session fee

Travel & Service area

Mobile massage services are available within Chico city limits.

  • Travel fees are included in pricing

  • Locations outside this area may require an additional travel fee

  • If you live outside of city limits, please reach out to discuss any additional fees before booking

Appointment requirements

To provide a safe and effective session, clients must:

  • Provide a clean, quiet space large enough for a massage table (approximately 6’ x 10’)

  • Ensure a safe, respectful environment

  • Secure pets and minimize interruptions

If the environment is unsafe or unsuitable, the session may be canceled and charged in full.

Arrival and delays

  • I will arrive at the scheduled appointment time to set up

  • Your session time will not begin until I am fully set up and ready to start your massage

  • If delays occur on my end, your full session time will be honored or reimbursed

  • If delays occur on your end, it may result in a shortened session
